Scams and Unfullfilled Promises
How do I start this little blurb off without sounding pitiful. Believe me, that's not my intent. I'm one of those guy's who's been in the IT business way before it was called IT. Needless to say, when I was layed off in 2003. I thought It would be no problem at all to find a comparable position. I had forgotten one important thing. I was over 50 years old. I did start my own IT business and did pretty well with it until it's market bottomed out. So I started looking for ways to make money on the Internet. It seemed that a lot of people were doing it. I tried surveys and did do a little better with them, but barely made the initial investment back. I tried promoting ClickBank products and became an affiliate with God knows how many Internet Marketers. This didn't avail me much in the way of financial support. I must have joined almost every traffic exchange in sight. I got hits, but not much income from them. I invested in Autoresponders and Tracking software to try to manage my foundering empire. That didn't do much to get me any farther ahead. I even write my own marketing blog which does pretty well as far as activity goes. It just doesn't provide enough income. AdSense didn't work for me. The AdSense software was one of my first investments. Again, even with the traffic exchanges and other marketing techniques, I wasn't making enought to make it worth my while.
